Resilience
Change - planned or unplanned - tests self-leadership and resilience, even in the most capable people
It disrupts confidence, clouds decision-making, and creates uncertainty about what comes next – whether change is chosen or unexpected
I’m Anne McDowell, Master of Change, Leadership and Resilience
I work with individuals, leaders and organisations to navigate change in ways that strengthen self-leadership, resilience, emotional intelligence, and confidence, so change becomes a catalyst for progress rather than resistance or paralysis
This work supports people navigating change at every level – I meet you at the level you are operating
When Change Is Happening or About to Begin
Not all change requires reinvention, and not all support needs to be loud, motivational, or prescriptive
Anne’s work focuses on behavioural change and self-leadership development, helping people navigate complexity, regulate uncertainty, and respond with intention rather than reaction
This is human-centred change leadership - calm, considered, and real
Access Pathways
Change often presents in ways that are subtle, sudden or cumulative
Something has shifted in your work or life, requiring recalibration rather than reaction
A change you did not choose has arrived and now requires clarity to navigate
You are ready for reinvention, but the pathway forward is not yet defined
You feel capable, yet unsettled, and are seeking structure for next steps
You want to move forward without losing your sense of self in the process

the common thread is not the type of change, but the need to meet it with intention rather than resistance, and to move through it with clarity, self-leadership, and direction
What this work builds

This work focuses on responding rather than reacting to change with clarity, perspective, and confidence
